Our throat chakra is one of the most difficult to balance. It grows with us as we learn and unlearn; Saying too much, not saying enough, speaking kindness to others but not to ourselves, etc.
Finding balance takes work, but saying your truth or learning when not to speak is an ongoing lesson.
